How to get verified
- 1. Head to your seller hub in the dashboard.
- 2. Choose Register as Charity and provide your UK charity number.
- 3. Upload proof of registration (e.g. Charity Commission letter or a screenshot from the register).
- 4. Once verified, your listings automatically get the heart badge and 0% platform fee.
Buyers pay the standard platform operating fee (5% + 50p) on top of your price, so safeguarded payments, dispute mediation and refunds stay in place for them — it never comes out of your proceeds. Providing false charity details is a criminal offence under UK law.
